My Take on Curse Soft BF is that he's just cursed to look odd and that he will kill whenever he is very angry. Still his soft self, Just born different. The Story of FNF Soft would be the same except for week 5, Where The curses Darker Effects on Benjamin's Anger would show, as he nearly kills His Parents, But he is able to be calmed thanks to Pico.
