First of all, thx to ~MirrorCraddle for allowing me to post this kind of mash-up I made with her creation here <3 S2

I loved her drawing at first sight -> [link]

It is the best depiction of a Pixie I have ever seen and I am not exaggerating. For months I had kept this drawing just for myself in my computer, and then, since I was manipulating photos/pictures for friends, I felt like creating one for another special friend and I knew she would want a Pixie, and not any fey in general. I could not think of a better one to use on it. Q'El, here it is! ^^

So I asked the owner of the image and, again, thx, she allowed me to post it here, and I hope she enjoys the result. I'm not professional, by the way, please don't kill me (blush)

Explainining what I meant with the mash-up: We live in a world so full of technology, science and lost of hope and always in a rush that sometimes there is no more "place" for fantasy anymore in our lives, in our world, and I meant to show that in the desolation of the Pixie fading in this sad world.

I was also inspired by some excerpts of Neil Gaiman's book "American Gods" and by "The Iron Fey" series, by Julie Kagawa.

In my heart, there is still a tiny, very tiny wisp telling me to hope that fantasy will not fall into oblivion.
