A multitude species that is not naturally native too this world, and may be, younger than a 1000 years, becomes versed in fast food, and cultural customs, clothes, drinks, laws and edicts, and not too mention, language all on its own.....is not impossible...is highly unlikely...

it is kinda the point seeing as the people who survived couldve passed on their culture for the others to find, but then again the caste system could also apply like you said.
