This is Blue Flare, He is a pony who is an alchemist.
He is one of the few alchemists in all of equestria who can efficiently and successfully change the properties of metals and other materials to help others and for his job. He has alot of ties in with most jewelry making ponies making him part of the more higher class, but he lives a very basic life at his small house which is partially engulfed by the everfree forest. He is friendly but can can be greedy at times especially when it comes to finding things that he can turn to make quite a few bits.
