They were carrying several Flag Banners which were Black, but with a Red Circle and Cross, White X, and a two headed Eagle with the Crown on Top on the middle of the Circle*
*But not only that, the Louds just saw another Lincoln that looked like he is Age 30, with a scar across his cheeks to the bridge of the nose (Think Iruka's scar or Varian's Scar)*
