At first, I thought this was a painting! A photo manipulation that doesn't look like one = a good one.

The first thing I thought was that the hand and sleeve looked a bit like an eagle.. thus the hand of god looks like the USA... hmmm
But then I can also see just a well crafted hand fitting in with the textures and knocking things down, submitting judgement on something. And a bunch of other ideas seems attached.
Well done! I will now be the 100th some person to tell you this

When I first saw this picture it presented a very shocking and powerful emotion. I guess I kind of see it as an image of the reality of god as a reflection of man's own mortality...god is created in humanity's blind spot concerning its own faults. I suppose that's just becatse of the muted colors and slightly phallic look of the wood holding back the hand, or maybe my mind's just in the gutter again. At any rate, I absolutely love it. You do really great work.

a photo manipulation?? a photo of what ?? what element is a photo is what i dont understand and who work is it a photo of. someone painted this hand i am assuming. or shot a photo of it. is this a photo manipulation of your hand or a real persons hand or of an existing painting? im all for photo manipulations but when no credit is given then i have to assume this is your hand and the textures are yours brushes etc etc... if so awesome work in everyway in that case... if this is digital cut out of other peoples work or an old masters painting and manipulated into this then there is something very wrong about that. in my humble opinion. some more information would be really nice.
