Personality:
Brandon is rather polite most of the time. He tries to get along with everyone around him, but he will fully never trust anybody. He is always concerned the “trade” will always take him back. His learned never to trust anyone he hasn’t done a full background on. Brandon doesn’t like fights and he absolutely hates /authority/and uniforms. Brandon is very respectful to owners of places and of basic common curtsies, its when someone challenges him he has a hard time not fighting back, to show he is the dominate male. Brandon has it in his head to be more dominate then people around him, for if he could beat them in a fight –then he doesn’t have to worry about the person going after him. When someone proves he is or can be more aggressive then him, it throws him off balance. It frustrates him and he’ll either avoid or ignore that person typically. IN a non-typical way it also depends on how the person reacts to the situation.

History:
Brandons history is not for faint of heart. Brandon grew up with his mother, his father had run out on his mother around the age of three as Brandon remembers. Brandon’s mom worked two jobs to support her son being able to go to school, as will as keep them both comfortable. One of her jobs was night work, Brandon never quite understood what kind of place was open at night, but would be good and put himself to bed on time. Brandon was 13 when he was taken from his original home and taken to Kanto. He was kept under poor circumstances, he was kept much like a animal, and treated much worse til he was freed under a few conditions. Brandon lived in the wild for a while til he came back to live in a simple house on the edge of the woods where he conducts his research. Brandon had a new life to rebuild, to him, he feels safer with pokemon. He can read a pokemon’s signals better then a human and would rather live with them. Sadly to earn the equipment necessary to conduct his research and theories he needed money. When he began his study it was small and slowly grew. People would come to Brandon’s humble home with questions wanting to learn more about wild pokemon or if they had issues with their own pokemon. Brandon specializes in harder to train pokemon, he himself has several that are difficult to train and take lots of his time. To him the pokemon are more of his pack, not beneath him, he of course is top dog. Brandon’s fame slowly grew over his years writing several books and theories. It took five years to get where he is now a rep of Kanto. He is respected among trainers and fellow researchers. On a side note Brandon has gone home in search of his beloved mother, but she is nowhere to be found. He assumes she is dead, whether killed or dying of natural causes. For now Brandon loves his work and working with pokemon.

Arcanine was Brandon’s first pokemon, but he was previously a growlithe, who is now recently evolved into Arcanine. Brandon never really keeps Arcanine in his pokeball, theres no reason to- other then his size sometimes becomes a issue. Bud and Brandon are exactly what his named, buddies. They do almost everything together. Arcanines a altogether silly, and fun loving pokemon. They have a strong bond which makes perfect for Brandon’s researching.

History:
Brandon had always loved the open ocean, the feeling of complete freedom, he has several water type pokemon to help with his research, but being Brandon he wanted a bada** pokemon and he could think of no other then Gyarados. Brandon started small with a Magikarp and patiently trained, and battled it until he transformed. Gyarados and Brandon struggled quite a bit in the beginning seeing as how it is a hard pokemon to keep. Brandon has spent years with gyarados, they work together on learning about most water type pokemon. Today, they are very close and Gyarados is extremely loyal to Brandon, they have a understanding of wanting to be on top and always win.

History:
Brandon actual picked this particular pokemon at a Pokecenter. The owner was abusive and didn’t want to deal with the stubborn pokemon. Brandon looks at it like the previous trainer could bring out the full potential of this bold little guy. At first Brandon struggled quite a bit to even be around the pokemon. He had to help the guy trust him a bit before he could try him out in battle. Now they still struggle when battling Nidorino likes to attack before getting direction, especially against a male pokemon. As far as doing things together they are working well. Brandon hopes through more battles and challenges they can get a bit closer.

History: ‘It’ was given to Brandon to help round his team out. His not fond of electric pokemon especially one such as this who does not express itself very much, though Brandon has not tried to get on the pokemon’s good side. Currently they are at a stage were it’s a mutual respect, Voltorb will listen to Brandon and Brandon will care for the pokemon.

History:
Brandon actually found/caught cubone when it was crying for its mother. Brandon at first could do nothing for the little guy other then try to keep him happy-it was in vain most of the time. It wasn’t until one night Cubone came to Brandon instead of crying alone. From that point on Brandon became mommy. Brandon now is still mommy, but cubone also mimics Brandon and uses his bone as a cane, liking When Brandon would use it at home. He also suckered Brandon into buying him a mini top hat which he loves to wear on fancy occasions. Cubone does get jealous of other people getting to close to his /mommy/ so beware Brandons had several subjects/guests headrammed or smacked with a ‘bone cane’.
