Description The Pavilion stands on a slightly sloping relief, so, the entrance is one storey lower than the exit. It is shaped like two vertical truncated cylinders adjacent to each other to create its complicated internal space. The height of these cylinders varies from 4 metres by the entrance to 10 metres by the exit. The roof is tilted toward the entrance and consists of three parts that are at different levels to form two clerestories between them.

There are two main circular halls in the Pavilion: the entrance hall and the exhibition one. In the entrance hall, there is a cloakroom, a ticket office, a manager's office and restrooms on the left and stairs on the right. They lead down to the exhibition hall where various lamps and lanterns are exhibited. There is a ramp opposite the stairs going to the balcony along the curved wall with niches for the lamps. The balcony is shaped like a petal and overhangs the exhibition hall. It leads to the exit.

The walls are mass concrete. The openwork trusses span the bay between bearing walls. Interior surfaces of the walls are faced with decoration plaster.

There are few windows in the Pavilion. Daylight passes through the clerestories, four high narrow stained glass windows near the exit and two same lateral windows creating a splendid play of shades and light on the walls. When the daylight is not adequate the Pavilion is illuminated by the exhibited lamps. Anyway, it is always half-darkness in the Pavilion.
