Zal was born an albino, so his parents (the royal couple) dumped him in the forest. They believed being an albino was a bad omen (eh, you know how ancient people roll, haha). Then the Simurgh, a mythical creature, took care of him. So he was raised in the wild. And then through some turn of events, he eventually becomes king. (Holy cow, it’s like Tarzan meets Tangled! XD)
