Серафимы – народ рождённый благодаря великой жертвы сверхсущьности Авроры. Благодаря ней души стали достаточно сильными, чтобы собирать себе тела из камня и металла, а также не отправляться в междумирье при потере тела. Но вселенная так устроена, что душа может изначально родиться достаточно сильной. Так великую жертву застали четверо первых. Арес – самый преданный из всех. Магнус озабоченный жизнью в других мирах искал способы межмирового путешествия, за ним последовали и другие. Ранаток отправился с Магнусом в целях добычи новых знаний. Мару отправился в путь позже всех, его цели не были ясны не для кого.

В одиночку Арес собрал из толп элементалей из камня и стали цивилизацию со свои бытом, иерархией и религией. Цивилизация быстро нашла свой максимум и быт превратился в развлечения от шахмат к бесцельным бойням на гладиаторских аренах. Бессмертие постепенно становилось проклятьем. Самым правильным решением становились стазисные зиккураты, где серафимы засыпали до надобности своему народу. Арес всё чаще посещал храм Авроре. В окружении расколотых масок Авроры Арес пытался поговорить с ней, он верил, что её душа жива и бороздит междумирье. Больше всего он хотел от Авроры найти новый смысл жизни серафимов в целом.
Однако раньше, чем Арес получил ответы на свои вопросы вернулся Мару …

Chapter 1: Seraphim
The Seraphim are a people born thanks to the great sacrifice of the super-entities Aurora. Thanks to her, the souls became strong enough to collect bodies of stone and metal, and also not to go into the interworld when the body was lost. But the universe is so arranged that the soul can initially be born strong enough. So the first four found the great sacrifice. Ares is the most loyal of them all. Civilization quickly found its maximum and everyday life turned into entertainment from chess to aimless slaughter in gladiatorial arenas. Immortality gradually became a curse. The most correct decision was the stasis ziggurats, where the seraphim fell asleep as needed for their people. Ares increasingly visited the Temple of Aurora. Surrounded by the split masks of Aurora, Ares tried to talk to her, he believed that her soul was alive and plowing between the worlds. Most of all, he wanted from Aurora to find a new meaning in the life of the seraphim in general.
