So since An has anxiety and finds it hard to cope with alone, she turns to Spooky to help her, being her best friend and all that jazz. She basically tells him that it's hard to not say anything to anyone and keep it bottled up, with all these people telling her to breathe to calm down which doesn't help. Almost breaking down in front of him, Spook replies "Look, I'll help since ya need it, but try calm down first by doing something that WILL help"
