Just when I think I won't be able to paint personal stuff for a while things calm down at work. Lucky me!Inspired by Dylan Cole and Halo.
Btw, read the MCV magazine at work today and saw an old ad for Mirrors Edge. I just have to say that it was an amazing piece of art. Both the girls face and a first person view looking down some skyscrapers were painted by hand and my jaw fuckin hit the floor. Stunning stunning work. You might even say it was legen - wait for it............... waaaaaiiiit for it....... - dary! Yes, legendary.
Good work mr concept artist at Dice I premuse.

I have always wondered how on EARTH do you manage to paint the trees so magnificently? Do you paint them with just a normal brush and create them with just a brush stroke by stroke or with some custom brush?

Yeah and pretty much Mirror's Edge is a work of art itself. The game is amazing looking, the color selection is fantastic, and it's fun.
And that makes me happy that games today involve more artistic views, it looks a lot more magical. I'm pretty sure I want to be a concept artist lol.

no wonder why you like his work so much! The one of the forerunner city was amazing, makes me want to jump in with the Chief.
Oh, but awesome work here andree, I instantly knew it was halo inspired.. which I hope you'll take as a compliment. I love the multiply effect you used on the side of the structure tho, that light through the trees effect is so subtle but yet so awesome.
