*sigh*... On a friday night huh.. geez I gotta get a life. This is another one of those "I'm not happy with this crap at all but I'll upload it anyway"-pieces. Every artist knows what I'm talking about; the lovely periods of zero creativity and no confidence what so ever. Everything looks like shit and you're not happy with the result no matter how many times you try to adjust it.Oh well, have a nice weekend everybody. I'm gonna put on another hbo special with George Carlin and fall asleep while he's bashing the human race.

I hate it when I'm in those funks where I feel like everything I do looks like crap and I can't appreciate my own work. But as long as you can finish whatever it is that you are working on (or not throw it away), you have beat that moment. If you keep that work and put it away for a year or two and look at it during a different period in your life, you will see it for what it really is. And I know that no matter how much people praise your work, it doesn't do enough to change whatever has put you into a mood where you can't like it.
So, if you think you can do better than this... then show us.

I know the feeling, but.. with your skill level, I don't think there should be any room for you to feel the lack of confidence.

I like it. The background and mid ground are very nice. the effect of being underwater is captured amazingly. the only thing that kinda bothers me about this piece is the building's in the foreground that are connected. really it's that tube connecting them, it looks to plain. other than that it's another very impressive piece.

I think this is amazing man. The left and right side are different, but are gorgeous in their own way. I guess every great artist won't be completely satisfied with anything they do. ;D

while the left side of the picture is nice, the right side is absolutely gorgeous. I feel like I'm in some underwater tank looking out at all of this, awesome job bud.
