Description
Teisengakure prides itself on the unique strength of it's shinobi, this team being an excellent example of such ubiquity. Team one consists of two Chunin and a Jonin, all of above average strength. Without overspecialising, this team works most often as a first response unit and is commonly sent on missions ranging from B - S rank, their high competence and success rate contributing greatly to the effectiveness of the teams military. This team was specifically placed together for the exceptional potential they each represent. It is likely, that all will become Jonin, and receive chairs on the Kage's council when the opportunities present themselves.

John Baddeley - Jonin (26/40)
- Jonin of the team and thus the commanding officer and already seated member of the Kage's council, John is younger than the importance of his position might relay but is non the less deserving of the title. Promoted less than a year ago, John leads his squad with great skill though he lacks confidence in his own respectable abilities. Skilled in the spirit transformation technique, John's true skills lie in espionage and reconnaissance, though that does not mean he is without offensive power. Skilled in fire and water nature transformation, with, in addition, an affinity for Wind release, he is more than capable of handling himself.

Nail Carbine - Chunin (27/40)
- While statistically the most skilled member of the team, Nail is so far happy to let his team mates lead. Calm, level-headed and sometimes too relaxed, Nail is a strong contender for Jonin promotion in the next year with a wide range of offensive and defensive techniques making up his repertoire. Protege of Mike Jeffery, Jonin leader of the analytics division, Nail is set to become one of the most powerful shinobi the village has ever produced. In his team Nail plays a crucial role as both an offensive power house, compariative to the more support oreintated skills of his peers. Skilled in earth, fire and lightning nature transformations equally as well as a number of sealing techniques, Nail is more than capable of doing a lot of heavy lifting.

Niamh Grady - Chunin (26/40)
- Though some would relegate a medical ninja as a support type, Niamh is no one to be underestimated. While her skills in medical ninjutsu make her the third most skilled in their village and thus also possibly the world, it is not for her combat strength that she is most unique. Niamh has a unique skill in diplomacy, making friends where ever she goes and bringing conflict to reasonable and amicable resolution. That is not to say she is without strength however, master of a wide range of water and earth nature transformations as well as offensive medical techniques, including her masters famed 'creation rebirth', it bares repetition that Niamh is not a shinobi to be taken lightly.
