Description
On April 21, 2022, The driver of a westbound pickup truck on hull street road near polk. A shot boulevard veered off the road, overcorrected then hit the school bus. That bus then ran off the road flipping onto it's passenger side and sliding into a ravine. The moment of impact when students and their belongings are thrown from their seats and water from the ravine then begins to fill the bus. There were 5 students with special needs on board as well as 2 adults. All suffered injuries that were non-life threatening. The truck driver, 55-year-old Larry Talley Jr., was charged for reckless driving.
