This is a parody of the Movie, which is also based off the book, "Mr. Popper's Penguins"! But in this parody, it takes place in Odaiba, Japan, where he takes a vacation with his penguins, but they may cause some mayhem, be playful around others, etc, but maybe Mr. Scatterbrain and his penguins can find friendly faces that appreciate the 6!
