Description
My original plan was to set this scene outside, using concept art for The Little Mermaid (2023), but I decided to change the background to indoors because all of the previous scenes had been set outside, and because it adds to the story of Kaa lugging around his collection of hunks (I wonder how many castle guards are deeply asleep because he had to hypnotize his way is?). In this original version, Prince Eric is standing at the shore, and Kaa has made good use of a nearby tree. Note that Mowgli underwent an expression change for the final product as well.
