Clearly after exerting herself I'd expect just a little more sheen to the skin. It's looking a bit dry to me somehow.
That said, pose, hair, lighting, everything else, home run. Camera angle doubly so.

I do toon 3D for several reasons. The freedom of cartoon expressions and actions. But realism 3D takes a different kind of mind in order to do it right. And this is done so, so well.
