Beyond all odds Shepard had beaten the Reapers and saved the galaxy, but getting hospital food that didn’t taste like vorcha dung still proved to be an impossible task.(Kaidan’s smiling because he’s been there)

He does. You can see he's trying really hard not to puke the food up, and keep his pain hidden a bit from Kaidan. Poor man... He's got a long road of recovery ahead of him.

Oh my god this picture is gorgeous. The detail is amazing and the faces. THE FACES. Kaidan's face is perfect and so is Shepard's. I love the expression on them both as well as the shoulder cast with all his friends signatures. You do amazing work, keep it up please. c:

Oh well. At least Bioware has confirmed a new Mass Effect game. Though they had the gall to ask if we wanted a Prequel to the first 3 or a Sequel. What kind of half cocked shenanigans are they trying to pull? They already pulled a Peter Molneux and promised us a satisfying ending the the Shepard Trilogy then failed to deliver it. (Every Fable game after the first one) Why dare they yank on my heart chains now!?

Well Shepard was able to get a bottle of liquor past the staff when Kaidan was down and out, so I think a steak sandwich would be no big deal. XD
