"Rainbow Roots"

I was driving to Hana in hopes of finding a new waterfall that I had read about and then the weather changed and it started pouring rain on the east side of the island. Waterfalls and rivers are never a good idea when it's pouring rain, but along the way I noticed some Rainbow Eucalyptus trees and their bark was especially vibrant when wet from the rain. These trees literally look like they belong in the movie Avatar and don't seem to be real as your standing there looking at them in disbelief. I captured this with a polarizer to reveal the true colors of these amazing trees.
