Description
I thought that my current xenospecies lacked, ironically, a more alien touch. Also, I felt that having a chitinous species would be pretty cool.The red-brown parts are the hard, chitinous protective bits, and the light brown "skin" is purer chitin, making it softer and more flesh-like (though pure chitin is leathery to the touch).
Drawn in MS paint, and not by hand cause I've been having bad hand tremors lately.
