I decided to try and combine several techniques I've learned over the years and do something very cutesy and pinup-like. Probably my best work to date, tbh. Took something like 12+hours of work. I didn't intend for her to look at all like Chibi Usa, but, because of her hair, she kinda does. I also did some experimenting with the hair but I like the way it turned out over all.
