Nerds Eye Viewthese are 2 posters I did for the Poster Posse Project #7 over at Blurppy.com. It was also chosen with other Posse members to be used at the world premier after show party ( you can barely see it with the light shining on it though ) blurppy.com/2014/05/24/godzill…
the size of the monster is purely artistic license for the purpose of the posters as I think he is actually a lot smaller than all the teasers would have you believe...I could be wrong. And if it transpires that Godzilla looks nothing like this from this angle well I will blame that on the fact that of all the reference images before the films release, I couldn't find one from this angle, so I winged it a bit.

I especially like the one showing Godzilla at sea. I think he started out at 200 feet tall but got bumped up to 400 feet later. Personally, I think about 200 works better. The folks in that poor ship are definitely thinking, "We need a bigger boat!!"

I think the one at the far right has a better look to it. My reasoning for this is because of how in the original movie Godzilla wasn't really seen, just hinted at with boats sinking out in the ocean and then we see him rising out of the ocean. Which, as I found out, the word "Godzilla" is a blending of the two Japanese words for "Gorilla" and "Whale". In addition to this, with Godzilla's face next to the ship like that, one gets a real sense of being dwarfed by the sheer enormity of this monster.

Another poster or rather set of pictures I'd like to see you try your hand at is for the TV show "Alphas". Granted it's not on anymore but it's still a cool show with some interesting people.
