Description
Sam was excited for tonight, as most kids his age would be. It was Halloween day, and Sam had plans to go out tonight. It would only be him his friend Kent, who was at Sam's house already for later tonight.

"By the way, Kent... You never told me what your costume was! What is it?" Sam asked as they talked about Halloween. "Hmm, I was thinking something basic, probably just a vampire like you. I'm already a little exhausted to get creative." Kent responded. It wasn't very surprising. Kent wasn't a creative person but Sam enjoyed him for the personality. Him copying Sam's costume didn't bother him.

"Well, are you ready?" Kent asked, waiting for Sam to finish dressing. "Yes! Just one second." Sam replied, though it seemed like he had been in there for an hour. "What do you think?" Sam appeared in front of Kent, who didn't even hear the door opened. "Oh... uh.. I like it!" Kent replied. "Glad you do! I like yours more though!" Sam replied. "Eh, I would prefer yours!" Kent responded.

Soon, the two friends were off, and they stopped from house to house. Everything went pretty normal so far but they enjoyed it. "Hey Sam, look who's house is next!" Kent said, pointing at the upcoming house. "Oh yeah..! Let's go leave a present shall we?" It was the house of one of their high school teachers. The two friends had a big rivalry with her, and they've known where she lived, but they only realized they passed by her house now. It was the perfect opportunity for a prank though, however the two weren't quite sure what to do as they walked up to the house. "Wow. These decorations make her look more like a witch." Sam said. Kent giggled. They knocked on the door, and maybe seeing her would give them some ideas. Somebody in a strange costume answered the door, with a feminine, yet deep voice. She was wearing a witches hat, but Sam and Kent thought it was just a really creative costume.

"Oh, you two!" The voice said, confirming it was probably indeed their teacher. "I have just the thing for you boys!" She reached into her pocket, and pulled her hands out. Nothing came out of her pocket, however some strange small beam of light quickly came from her hand and dissapeared into Sam and Kent. The door closed almost immediately after. "What the..?" Sam asked. "I don't know..." Kent replied. "Let's get out of here." But just before one of the two friends took a step, Kent heard a scream from Sam. He quickly turned around, unsure of what just made Sam so frightened. "Kent! Look! I'm getting smaller! And I have brown fur!" Kent looked over, seeing his rapidly shrinking friend who now had a patch of brown fur on his arm. "What..? How the?" Kent asked, shocked at what he saw. "AHH! Its happening to you too!" Sam screamed, pointing at Kent. Kent screamed as well, just like Sam did. "What's happening to us?" Kent cried.

Though Sam and Kent had trouble asking for help as they became terrified while they watched their bodies. The fur spread up their arms to their hands and when it reached their fingers they started to fuse toggether and become attached, though they did grow gradually apart from each other. Sam became focused on himself, and although Kent sat next to him, he could only focus on himself and leave Kent out of view for now, though Kent experienced the same changes as Sam.

Sam watched his fingers experience the remaining changes. The gap in between his fingers formed large flaps of skin, and his fingers became no longer functional, leaving his hands more like wings. The fur went from Sam's chest, to his legs, and even to his feet. When the fur reached his toes, he lost a digit, leaving him with four toes per foot. Those toes were covered by the brown fur, and small claws popped out from them.

Sam was still shrinking, and by now, he was far from being able to wear his clothes, all of which had already fallen off. He wasn't focused on that though as his head pushed forward, creating a small snout which was indeed also covered by the brown fur. Sam's ears perked up into a triangular shape, becoming fluffy and more flexible. Sam's changes finished, and when he looked up only then he realized he wasn't in his clothes. "What the!? Somebody, help!" Sam yelled out, however as soon he looked over to his friend, he remembered it was happening to him too. Sam saw Kent's ears become triangular and furry just like his, also completing his transformation just after Sam's had finished.

Kent poked his small head from under his clothes, seeing Sam before he could ask what happened. "Kent, is that you?!" Sam asked, looking at his former friend. "Sam! What's happened? Did we just turn into bats?" Kent asked, with a confused and worried tone of voice. "Hehe, yes you did little ones." The mysterious lady dressed like a witch said, poking out from the door, dropping her headwear to reveal it was indeed their teacher. "Little ones? We're in high school! What have you done to us?" Sam yelled at her. "Oh, you know, just a punishment for your naughty behavior at school, hehe." Sam and Kent frowned. "Please turn us back! How is this even possible? We're human!" Kent yelled to her, flying up to her with his new wings. "Heh, are you sure about that?" She said, grabbing Kent out of the air, and taking both of her former students into her house as her new pets.
