Dang it!  I can't help to notice the size proportion of shenlong close up where the Z fighters are and where the lookout is.  Saying it's hard to judge just how far away the dragon is from the group up front because it looks like the body is HUGE.

wasnt really that hard to tell. goku middle. vegeta buttom left, gohan button right, upper left picoolio (something like that) and upper right goten and trucks

I meant their faces... I can only tell who they are b/c of what they're wearing and their age difference in the case of the kids and adults... mostly it's hard to tell Goku from Vegeta, with the exception of the outfits...
