I have saw nobody redesign him except me. So here we go. So for bully i gave him more refrences to bullet bill like giving him the iconic eyes bullet bill has. I also have him has a bomb on his shirt for a refrence for bullet bill exploding. I also made his chothes rips to make him a more of threatening bully. I also got rid of the piercing because it was unnecessary
