Rigby is from Regular show and Mandy from the Grim adventures of Billy and Mandy both belong to Cartoon Network.

For Context: Yes this is the same Universe I created where the gray suits rule over Cartoon World. They are rewriting or rebooting all the beloved characters. This is mostly all Cartoon Networks shows live together.  In the year 300, the entire Toon world is under the tyrannical rule of a regime called the Gray suits. Cartoon characters age slowly so that's why they look a little bit older but not much. What feels like a year or two to Cartoon characters maybe longer us like 100 years. Also Yes Rigby is still the same good character he became by the end of Regular Show. So this is taking place.... shorty after the last season. Rigby is still all good with school and everything but even good characters do have their moments were they're not prefect. Lol and this one of them.
