i want to say something to the making of...
camera was finepix s602 z. no tripod use. shutter speed 1/1.3, f 2,8. some few level adjustments and framed in ps 7.0. it is just one of the many subways in berlin and surely one of the cleanest...

These are some of the types of shots I'd love to be able to dream up. However, all of my shots are coincidental. This is a very good shot. I love the contrasts. It's a little sketchy though caused by the sharpness/contrasts. Maybe a bit softer, but still with an effective focus. Plus, throughout the picture I can see different types of blue that kind of throws it off. Especially on the garbage can.

So this is the third time I've looked at this piece now, and still not quite sure what to say about it. Which intrigues me in itself. It's so very sterile and institutional but contains a certain level of emotion at the same time. Kind of like one of those stories where "things aren't always as they seem..." Anyways, great job on this Ailine, I really have enjoyed it very much.

Oh my this is amazing. So depressing and lonely...feels institutionalized too. Like you just walked into some sanitarium where everything is painted white to keep you 'sane' or something. This is perfect.

BUT THE TRASHCAN!! why is it blue?!?! no!!!!!!!!!!!
this is still a favorite, but god you need to fix that trashcan... make it black and white and remove those specs, or go in by hand and fix it.. something! this shot requires total juxtapositioning -- color, subjects, everything!

great shot! the place itself seems really clinical and futuristic already but the way you took the photo makes it seem almost unreal, like some scenario from a science fiction movie. btw, i do like the lines at the sides.

wow! this is an awesome shot! reminds me of something from a scifi movie -- the andromedia strain comes to mind. it looks perfectly level as well...did you use a tripod?

Love the extreme minimalism of this - it's simply perfect. (Well, apart from the two un-necessary lines at the edges of the frame. That said, they're quite easy to ignore. )
