Well it can get a little complicated unless you have worked with glass before especially so that you dont mix glass varities that are not compatible.
Basically you need to cut the unfired glass into the shape you want and layer the first two layers and then slowly fuse them together in the kiln. It is a full fuse so you need to get the kiln to 804degress celcius and hold it there for 10 mins so that the glass sticks together. It is a very slow process and it takes about 9-12 hours. The glass must be heated slowly so that there are no bubbles formed or at least get out as many as possible.
Then you repeat the process with the second layer and so on depending on how many layers of glass. The final layer for me was clear glass and then I used a grinder to shape it how I wanted. Then there is the fire polishing where the glass is only heated to 710degrees celsius as we dont want any slumping. The final step is to fire on the enamel decal. But please you have to read up on glass fusing properly as I have not included the annealing process...this is very important so that your glass does not shatter Hope this helps
