This is a scripture. made to be readeable, for everyone, but looking like a foreign fantasy language. It is supposed to be written with a paintbrush, or a bamboo ink pen.
One nice effect of it is, that the letters reaching into the next line can be connected ti long letters of the following line.
It makes for an interesting page-style.
