Description
I just got bored and I felt like making this for absolutly no reason. True, the only type of eye I can truely make is anime so if you don't want to know how to make it, you don't have to read this. I used paint to do this too. I may be making another one like this like a part 2 or a different type of tutorial like hair, maybe.
Also, in it I said I would tell you how to do the secondary effect so here goes:
1. use the color bar or tool that lets you pick the colors and choose the color you want replaced with the LEFT mouse button.
2. Same as one only choose the color you want to replace 1 with by clicking it with the RIGHT mouse button.
3. Choose the eraser tool and size.
4. After choosing the size of the eraser, click and hold down the RIGHT mouse button and move it over the picture and boom! The color's changed! But remember, if it is even 1 number difference on any of the things in the color bar, it will not replace it!

Crap, I spelled white wrong in step 8, Yay, I now spell white as whit, maybe I should start talking like.
Someone'll be like, "what color is that?"
and I'll be like, "It's whit you blind twit."
and I'll probably either walk off laughing or trying to keep a straight face.
