Celebrate this chance to be alive and breathing.self portrait.
I had a creative photographic jam in my cave some days ago this is one of the things that came out of it.
as i feel quite shy about my photographic work that i most of the time doesn't present for some reasons i don't really get, some feedback will be very much apreciated.
You'll notice some few flaws on the background, ( for the rare brave ones that full view deviations...) i kept em intentionaly: you don't do a shoot in a cave if u want a studio looking treatment

I love the green lighting in the background, it creates such a warm depth and reminds me of forests.. it works so well with the blue shirt, which in turn to me I see as the sky.. i love teh gaze in his eyes.. almost searching, forwhat? that will remain a mystery. love the lighting... curious, did you scan this as a slide?

i think this photo is beautiful for many reasons. the model is beautiful, beautiful eyes - sand and hopeful/happy at the same time, lovely colours that contrast so well with the light... to me it looks like much more than a portrait, it's an inspiring image of someone that can see hope and a brighter future despite everything that might be happening in the present. so, for all that i've got a new
