Description
Playing with ink and bleach. This one was inspired by a digitally manipulated photo I created ages ago, from a portrait of the lovely Natasha KQ Bloxham. I used wet watercolour paper, lots of Neutral tint grey paint around the edges, which I let do its own thing, then dropped Raw sienna ink all over, followed by drops of bleach letting them all do their own thing, whilst keeping the centre bit dry. Then I painted Natasha's face using watered down inks ( first time I've ever painted with inks this way) and added in tree branches. I used one colour paint and 4 colours of ink. Im considering adding in gold leaf too
