Got my first one for my 14th birthday present, it was my first lizard, and I'm so glad. Their the perfect starting one
You ever put them on a hot water bottle? Make nice and warm(but cool enough) for them, and mine have always lay their fat bellies down XD

Sunny was our first gecko, they are the prefect starting geckos.
We just use a heating pad we bought at the pet store, he seems to like it.

He's a leopard gecko, I believe the specific morph is 'snow leopard gecko'.

I got a leopard gecko too but i never thought of doing that. Mine won't probably stand as still as yours did, she bite at everything even though she is not hungry 
The idea is simple but very effectful. The lightsource and contrasts are good. Many small details like the reflection of the eye and pose of the paws looks great.
I don't usually fall for centre-focused photos but the blurry effect towards the background adds so much feeling and effect. Like the small scales on the cheek to the flickering dots on the back legs.
