I can't believe it. I loved Inspector Gadget growing up, it's cool seeing him get fanart :}. Talk about a throwback haha.

Penny-*talking into her watch* "Brain? Come in Brain! Are you there?"
Brain-*screaming into the receiver* "BOW,WOW,WOWOWOW!!!"
Penny- "What?"
Brain- "BOW,WOWOWOWOWOWOWOW!!!!!!" *whimpering noises*
Penny- "WHAT??..Brain, slow down! I can't understand a word your saying??"
Brain-*panting* "RUFF,RUFF!!! BOW,WOWOWOW!!!!!" *starts howling*
Penny-*rolls her eyes, sighs* "Where's Uncle Gadget? You better not have lost him??...Do you at least have eyes on him?? Where is he? What's he doing????" *hears a bunch of barking and whining* "Who's chasing you?.." *more barking and whimpering* "Who's gonna kill you??..Who has a bomb???..*sighs*...Brain I can't understand-!!" *hears an explosion* "WHAT WAS THAT!?..Brain? Braaaaain??...*sighs again*...You better not have lost him!.." 
'Scratch one M.A.D Agent! No one gets the drop on Inspector Gadget!! Now back to my assignment!'
Penny-*sweats* "Ohhh!...That's what Brain was trying to tell me!"
Brain- "...uhhh..."
