I always love the contrast between blue gradient and red gradient, and I think the lava manages that beautifully as it flows from intense red and yellow to charcoal purplish and black. I think you got the texture of the lava very well done. It looks viscous enough and ye you can also appreciate where it is cooling and turning into that darkened crust.
