Hey man
These are good, I'm not sure how many pages you are doing of these, but.. you should be practicing them every day until you know the structure well, both in your mind, and in how you can draw it out.
Then try to adapt what you know and draw in a more natural way. In other words, although you know the structure, don't feel like you have to keep to it, but use it to understand how to approach drawing a head.
Try to do these with pencil instead, I would put aside your tablet for a while and just draw with the pencil.
