Description
A combination of two wonderful commissions I got from Lulu Amore/Lulu's Bad Dates on FA, making it look like Time Stamp is using her powers to freeze Power Hoss in time.

I combined the two in Photoshop and made a couple minor edits. All else was drawn by :iconlulusbaddates:.

Based somewhat on a scene in a story I'm working on. Here's an excerpt from the draft:

* * * * *

“HAWWWWWWW!” said Jackpot.

The lights on the armor exploded and electricity shot out of them. Jackpot slumped to the ground.

The victorious Hoss gave a little snort and nod in his opponent's direction, but then his ears turned. He spun around as fast as his bulk would allow to find Time Stamp smirking at him. He lifted his hands and shot electricity at her.

The clocks on Time Stamp's suit flashed and the world turned gray. The electric blast stopped inches from her chest, frozen in mid-air.

She walked around it and up to Hoss, who stood frozen in his blasting stance, staring intensely at where she had been. She took a tool out of a pocket on her suit and opened the round power regulator on Hoss' chest.

“Just a few minor adjustments,” she said to the motionless superhero.

She briefly fiddled with the wires and circuits inside, then closed the regulator, patting it with satisfaction.

Hoss spun around just in time to receive a powerful flying kick to the face.

He fell out the window and slammed into the ground with a thunderous crash.

“Didn't anyone ever tell you to stay inside during an electrical storm?”

Hoss tried to zap her. His regulator glowed red and buzzed. The electricity dancing on his Tesla Horsecollar as reduced to nearly nothing. A few weak sparks flew out of his hands.

“What's the matter, Powerless Pony?” asked Time Stamp. “Not quite the storm you forecast?”
