Libra is the one of Zodiac Merged Mode's Dial Transformations, based on Libra (September 23–October 22).

Attack Potency: 8- (Galaxy Level)
Speed: 7 (Speed of Light, 6.706e+8 MPH)
Strength: 10 (Man-made Structure Level, 10^18 Tons)
Durability: 8- (Galaxy Level)
Energy Level: 5++ (Xtremely High++)
Range of Attack: 1 (Standard)
Intelligence: 8 (Nigh-Omniscient)
Fighting Skills: 6 (Super Master)
Hax: N/A

Colors: White (Primary), Grey (Gallery and Sliver, Secondary)
Size: 20 Feet (Height), 12 Tons (Weight)

Powers and Abilities:
Nigh-Omniscience: The Mode possess a such godly intelligent that is almost infinite (because like i stated no merged mode is boundless on anything, not even godbreaker with his limited commands) giving her the ability to answer some of the most complex questions in the cosmos, become hyper aware of the surroundings on a quantum level, possess all knowledge on combat thus making her a unstoppable fighter, understand all, and possess hyper competence.

Destiny Manipulation: The Mode also possess the ability to manipulate destiny and fate allowing her to affect reality and events in several ways (and well here's a link to it's applications: powerlisting.fandom.com/wiki/D… ).

Weaknesses:
Time Limit: Like all of the Zodiac Modes, the mode have a time limit before it have be reverted back to his base form.

Low Condition: Compare to the rest of the transformations the mode is the weakest (but is much more compared to other merged modes from fusion-x's arsenal).
