Bob has taken a sudden turn, moving back out to sea but why?It's been so long since I've drawn my boy I've been struggling a little but I'll get over it.
edit: I found out how to do the smooth blur outline thing.
1. duplicate your line art
2. use the gaussian blur and set it to about 6-8 or your preference
done!
It's how you get that stupid look and I love it
