Well, one Irken catches the disease while repairing something on the Massive. He slowly turns into a Hunter, and chases down other Irkens (and any Vortians or other races on there) to spread out the virus. No one seems to be immune, except four survivors who have been messing with their PAKs. xD The rest should be obvious.
