Leader: Leonardo (TMNT) I think it's a good role for him. Great character development for him and times when he's struggling, he goes to Garnet!
Muscle: Raphael (TMNT) Basically is the strongest out of his brothers so this is the perfect role for him.
Brains: Pearl (Steven Universe) can think of many strategies....so I think she fits.
Booty: Tybalt (RomeoxJuliet) Looks sexy.....to the fangirls. And he's got a sword!
Joker: Michelangelo (TMNT) He's a party dude.....so yeah!
Mage: Sakura (Cardcaptor Sakura) She's basically the master of the Clow Cards, or should I say the Sakura Cards?
Pet: Kirara (Inuyasha) She can be cute and kick butt at any time!
Healer: Kagome (Inuyasha) Well she has purification powers and learned a lot about medicine because of being 500 years (1997)in the past
Mentor: Garnet (Steven Universe) She's a mentor to Steven, so why not be a mentor to Leonardo? Besides, she has a calm personality and can fight well herself.
Scientist: Donatello (TMNT) Well he did create plenty of things that seems to be impossible to make out of without the reliable resources. Has the help of Chii and Aya for techno stuff.
Robot: Chii/Elda (Chobits) She may not be helpful in the battlefield, but is perfect when it comes to computers and hacking. Will aid Donnie for anything that has to do with tech
Fighter: Souseiseki (Rozen Maiden) Can hold off on her own in battle. And she's one of the few dolls who wishes to participate in the Alice Game, meaning that she's willing to fight, so I think she fits.
Alien: Ahsoka (Star Wars:The Clone Wars) I had a real trouble with this one. I didn't knew any aliens that I could remember of that I seem to like. Then Ahsoka came into mind, and I immediately put her in here.
Demon: Sesshomaru (Inuyasha) At first I thought about putting Inuyasha in, but then he's a hanyou (half-demon), so I chose his half-brother instead. Also, don't want to get on the fangirl's bad side...
Gunslinger: Hei/BK-201 (Darker Than Black) Well why else would he not get the nickname "Chinese Electric Batman"?
Android: Aya (Green Lantern:The Animated Series) She may be an AI, but she's also alive, so I'm putting her as an android in here. With Aya and Chii together, they are unstoppable!!!!! (to computers) Will aid Donnie for anything that has to do with tech
Ninja: Shiina (Angel Beats!) She can kick butt and also be cute and funny! And I think she'll go all cute on Kirara
Badass: Penny (RWBY) Fist time I saw her fight I was like "Wha?!" May have issues when it comes to communicating when the other members though...
Lazy: Amethyst (Steven Universe) Truly lazy and even at times during battle.
Swordsman: Sora (Kingdom Hearts) The keyblade wielder, I felt like putting him in here. So don't judge!
Partner: Kaoru/Powered Buttercup (Powerpuff Girls Z) In a way is like Raph, but has everybody's back, so I guess she seems fine.
Kid: Hina-Ichigo (Rozen Maiden) So cute and innocent, I had to put her in here! I'm thinking she'll have a bro/sis relationship with Leo. Kawaii!!!
Killer: Suigintou (Rozen Maiden) Yeah I'm guessing she may do that if she's pissed off enough
Undead: Bankotsu (Inuyasha) Somewhat trouble with this. Then I remembered Bankotsu, but I hesitated. When I couldn't think of anyone else, I decided on him.
Speedster: Sonic (Sonic The Hedgehog) 'Cause I didn't think of anybody else while making this meme

Brain - The one that does the thinking and help the leader with strategy
Booty - The one that some team mates can't keep their eyes away from them (Hot/Handsome)
Joker - The Person that make the team smile and laugh
Mage - The Person that use magic attacks
Pet - The Team Mascot/Pet
Healer - The One that heal the team with magic or medicine
Mentor - The one that taught the Leader or other everything they know
Scientist - The Scientist that make stuff out of spare parts to help the team
Robot - The one that the scientist build
Fighter - a person who can handle the muscle in a fight
Alien - A creature from outerspace
Demon - Someone summon a demon but who?
Gunslinger - A Person who good with any kind of weapons
Android - an Android that help the scientist with technical stuff
Ninja - The Last Ninja from their Clan
Badass - The One who think he amazing than the leader
Lazy - the one that slacks off
Swordsman - the one who good with swordsmanship
Partner - the one who has everyone's back and will aid no matter what
Kid - the only kid who look up to the leader
Killer - the one that likes to kill even if it's his own team mate
Undead - the one that the demon revive
Speedster - The person who very quick on his feet.
