Yet another Tales of Donny character. The only guideline I had for this guy was to set him on fire...fitting for a guy with his name. So I just went with a few words out of context from my friend. I some funny rants, he mentioned having an eye patch and a peg leg rocket launcher. Also, he is somewhat of an anarchist. So I took that, plus a picture of his real face and came up with this. You may notice that he has 2 different boots. I decided to give him a prosthetic leg instead of a peg leg...mostly because my peg legs looked ridiculous. From there I just went with something fairly simple: button up shirt, baggy pants, and a long coat. Then I added a black armband with the anarchy symbol on it to add in that element of him. After all that, I added the flames. I do believe that they looked better before this was scanned on here. Oh well...
