Vic Sage, AKA The Question is a DC Universe Hero, This is a WIP of my next entry! Tis' a 30 minute sketch of him. I based his design off of the Cartoon TV show Justice League Unlimited, because his long coat just fitted the "Hub City" theme in the BG, because hey! All conspiracies are floating around their everyday!
