Stanley took a bite of his own pancakes, and wow, you could tell this place served lumberjacks. Only a lumberjack town would make pancakes that good. Savoring the taste, he glanced up at the two children, who looked equally as infatuated with their food. "You two little gremlins enjoyin' 'em?""Yes!" Mabel exclaimed happily, followed by an affirmative hum from Dipper. "They're the most tastiest pancakes ever, daddy!"
Stanley chuckled. "Can’t disagree with that, these are great." He took another bite of it. After swallowing, he continued. "'S a nice town, ya know?"

Still learning my way around making backgrounds with brushes, and I think I'm doing fairly well. I tried to copy the shading of the bench and table to the way it's shown in the show. I'm rather proud of how it came out overall, everything considered. The only real part I'm still weary on is Stanley, which is a mix of inexperience with his design, and generally just feeling like it could be better, but having no clue what to do.
Aside from that, though, I'm happy with the result, and I hope you all will agree. Any criticism is welcome; I want to improve as an artist, and everything helps!
