I don't know if Captain would wear something like this with his rank/division, but maybe! He just looks cool. And, if you can't tell, he's putting on his gloves. Wow. This made my day, seriously. The linework is cool, the color are indeed a bit sharp but somehow it gives a nice red/black contrast.

Very nice work, his hair looks awesome and the pose seems good -- the way he's got his head turned and not looking at the audience makes it appear (to me anyway) that he's not used to being the sole center of attention, like he's more comfortable moving in the shadows behind the Major.
If you want to do more experimenting with highlights on black uniforms, you could try small touches of white or another color at thecreases and seams or where black overlaps with black. You can browse some of my more recent deviations to see what I mean if you like. I lean into the more traditional mediums of marker and ink, but I've done some experimenting with digital work as well
I'm no too familiar with the SS Uniform, so the armband looks ok to me...

I was using a reference -- a much better fanart of Dante (from Devil May Cry) in the same uniform -- so, yeah, it may be different. But that's okay, it's still hawt, yes? Yes! Thanks for the favorite.
