Yeah, I'm a day late on it. It took someone posting "Happy Cirno Day" on my YouTube channel to remind me that I had plans. I had the sketch finished last night, but by then it was too late to ink and color it before the date rolled over. How appropriately ⑨ of me.

But anyway, yeah. September 9, 2009... Centennial Festival for Ice Fairies, ⑨ Appreciation Day, Cirno Day... Whatever you want to call it. So I'm paying homage to possibly the most recognized Stage 2 boss in Touhou history. A day late.
