(Entry 13 of 100)Quick Man... Many save you for last because you and your stage are a royal pain to beat. I save you for last because I just like you that much. Death rays? Bring it.
He could be a good supervillain. He makes you make one of those painful choices: do you use Flash Man's weapon to survive the beams-o'-death or do you use it to exploit his weakness...? Can't have 'em both!
Ehh, his right arm bugs me, but I like the rest of the pic. I wasn't expecting to get the eyes "right" the first time around.
