Spark Man... is another Robot Master I don't have much opinion on. While I like most electricity-based bosses, I find this one to be fairly lackluster. Interesting design, but overall not so great. But that's just me. *shrugs*

The picture turned out better than I anticipated, even if the pose is dull. I missed quite a bit of detail work, though. It's another relatively half-hearted drawing.
