(Entry 3 of 99)Not really sure why, but I don't draw Blues much. It was for completion's sake, I guess, and getting it out of the way early. His shield has always been a pain for me to draw for some reason.
He may be DRN-000, but he was introduced after Mega Man and Roll, so he comes after them.
